Awarded Artwork
UNESCO, International Digital Art Competition “Miro Race”
Among 125 applicants from 12 countries, a total of 40 works were selected for the final showcase and NFT collection through the expert and citizen screening, sponsored by UNESCO.
The competition is intended to discover and support the novel ideas of NFT artists who are producing experimental, contemporary, and innovative digital artwork that relates to the themes of “Borders and Migration,” “Climate Change and Crisis,” and “COVID-19 and the New Normal.”
My artwork ‘Instant Sweet’ represents the seriousness of the climate change and following pollution problems we will face in the future.
As the gaze goes down vertically from top to the bottom, the momentary instant convenience which could be seen as beautiful and charming with full of sweetness disappears, and soon the darkness and crisis beneath it become revealed.

Instant Sweet
Instant Sweet explores the unsettling duality of instant gratification and environmental consequences.
The piece follows a faceless 3D figure descending through a visually mesmerizing world of floating marshmallow-like Styrofoam, an illusion of sweetness masking an impending crisis.
As the subject falls, they remain oblivious to the dark unknown below, mirroring society’s willful ignorance or passive intoxication with convenience.
The use of Styrofoam, a major contributor to microplastic pollution, symbolizes the dangers of unchecked consumption. Just as we knowingly indulge in harmful yet addictive instant foods, we struggle to escape the lure of disposable convenience, despite understanding its devastating impact on our planet.
Through this piece, I question,
“Are we truly unaware, or simply choosing not to see?”
As my work gained more traction among NFT clients and audiences,
I expanded on the original concept, developing multiple series with different visual narratives and thematic variations.
These adaptations reflect the demand for unique digital storytelling, catering to NFT collectors who seek interconnected pieces.
